Price: $75 per hour (we have a 2-hour minimum), if you book the place for 6 hours+, you will get a 20% discount.

Host rules in Queens, NY location
General Rules:
- You and your team members agree to be respectful and courteous to others and to the front desk members while being in the studio.
- Arrive up to 10 minutes before your booking to reduce the interaction with other guests.
- You and your team members waive any liability from the studios.
- Your rental time includes setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up, so please factor it into your booking hours. Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it. (lights unplugged and back on C-stands, cords rolled up, all the items back on the cart, no trash left behind, water bottles/food leftovers are tossed)
If any cleaning is required after your shoot, the cleaning service fee starts from $200 and will depend on the amount of work required
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED. At least $100 fine will be billed for each occurrence.
- Nudity is okay if no adult activity/no pornographic content.
- Usage of any hard-to-clean materials (such as holi powder, confetti, glitter, any kind of paint, oil, fake blood, ashes etc,) are to be approved in advance with a refundable deposit.
- Music is to be kept at reasonable levels. Live music bands must be approved in advance.
All renters must sign our rental contract to book.
If any of our safety rules are being broken, we will be forced to halt your production and $250 fine.
Cleaning protocol
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a handwashing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
